In order to contribute digital data to tDAR, users must first register and agree to the terms of a user agreement. Contributors then will be able to follow a menu enabling them to organize the data they wish to contribute. The menu also will assist contributors in describing the contents and coverage of their data using metadata categories and values set up for tDAR. This process is described in a step-by-step manner in a section IV.
